You may be familiar with the classic Microsoft SQL server.
Or you may be unfamiliar with the newer SQL Server 2016, which is an open-source, multi-tenant relational database.
But you’ve probably never heard of Microsoft’s latest version, Microsoft SQL Database.
And that’s a shame, because Microsoft SQL database can do things we’ve never thought possible, such as handling large numbers of transactions.
